Edinburgh International Festival Bookings

This Saturday at 10am the Edinburgh Edinburgh International Festival bookings finally open for everyone. You can discover the whole programme here or pick up one of their bright yellow brochures in town. Here are our top picks:

  • Opening event: Bloom - more information on 26 June, in the meantime put 4 August in your calendar. 59 Productions, the creators of previous years' Harmonium Project and Deep Time are behind Bloom to mark the 70th anniversary of EIF.
  • Opera: La Boheme - Puccini's classic is performed at the Festival Theatre by Teatro Regio of Turin.
  • Theatre: Rhinoceros - townspeople turning into rhinos? We're pretty excited about this play at the Royal Lyceum Theatre.
