What to do this weekend: 11-12 June

ALL WEEKEND

Leith Festival

The Leith Festival launches on Saturday and it's on across all of EH6 for a whole week. Recently we're quite into guided tours across the city - here I don't mean the usual Royal Mile and ghost tour stuff but rather the hidden gems. Luckily there are plenty of Leith tours on offer: Story of Leith, Trainspotting Tour, find here the full list of tours and contact details.

Design Market

On Saturday between 10am-6pm and on Sunday between 10am-5pm the Fruitmarket Gallery will be hosting its annual design fair with print, jewellery, fashion and homeware stalls. The will be also Creative Edinburgh talks and workshops with Process Studios.

11TH JUNE, SATURDAY

World Gin Day

Happy World Gin Day! If you have not known, it falls on the 11th June and you can celebrate it appropriately at Summerhall's Juniper Festival. There will be gin stalls with over 30 gins on offer, street food, gin talks and a craft market. Book tickets here.

12TH JUNE, SUNDAY

Silk Marbling Workshop

Feeling crafty? After the popular Mischke Lingerie marbling workshops in February, the Hill Street Design House is running two more workshops this Sunday at 11am and at 2pm.

Have a nice weekend!
If you're in town, don't forget to pick up the Fringe brochure - it's finally out!
